Registration Details

Registration is now open for our 10U (10 as of 7/1/25) and 12U (12 as of 7/1/25) Teams for the 2026 Spring Tackle Football Season.  the cost is $195 per player.

Your child's Birth Certificate will be required at a later date and you will submit it directly to National Sports ID through their website.

Equipment

Players are provided with the highest quality equipment that is tested and certified to meet NOCSAE standards.  Your child is provided with a helmet, shoulder pads, padded practice pants and padded game pants and jersey.  All you are responsible for is a mouthpiece, cup, socks and cleats.  All of these Football items will be returned to WYFCL at the end of the Spring Tackle Season.

Season

WYFCL is a member of the Orange County Youth Football League (OCYFL) and we are a USA Football Certified “Heads Up” Tackle Football Program.  For the Spring Tackle Season, your child must be part of the ocyfl to participate.

WYFCL Football Coaches are USA Football certified for Heads Up Football and have background check approval.

Mandatory “Training Camp” Practices are included and will begin in March at our home, Lasser Park.  Practices will be 2 to 3 weekdays, from 6 pm to 8 pm.  there may be a 4th day at the discretion of the coaches.

Our 5 Game Season begins on April 11th and Games will be played in New Jersey and/or New York.  The regular Season ends the lastweek of may and then Playoffs will follow in june if we qualify for the post season.

Games are usually on Saturdays or sundays depending on the hosting Team's field availability.
